I need to have my front door re-keyed and had called in earlier the week to have a technician come in the weekend. The dispatcher gave me an hour window and someone was at my door at the top of the hour., never thought they are punctual. Plus, he was able to do everything within a span of 20 minutes. Tech guy is very efficient, professional, and pleasant to work with! I would definitely recommend Armand, the tech guy from Aurora Locksmiths to anyone who needs a locksmith.

I've previously worked with multiple locksmiths in this city and I was so frustrated with them, that is why I'm hesitant to call Aurora Locksmiths for lock service. Luckily, their customer service is the best.

Alex, the lock tech is also awesome. Had an issue with my lock and talked to a friendly, courteous and accommodating dispatcher who sent a tech guy and even gave me accurate estimate! Can't believe I am getting great service from this company.

Next time I have lock problems, I definitely know who to call.

Getting service from Aurora IL Locksmith company is worth it. I need to replace my doorknob with a more secured one, and Chris did it in just 20 mins! Can't believe how fast and efficient he worked with my door and I even get to keep my old knob since there was no damage done to it. I will definitely use their service again for any future needs.
